Sodexo have been chosen as our suppliers of our catering provision which includes an optional breakfast service, a cold service at break time and a hot meal service at lunchtime.
The service operated by Sodexo is a cashless system. Parents will use ParentPay to top up student accounts. Parent pay is in the process of being set up and will be ready by the first week of term.
The cashless system is operated either with a biometric scan or by code.
In order to ensure everything is ready for the first day of term parents need to be aware of the following
The biometric consent form needs to be provided to the Academy by Thursday 6th September. An email was sent with the biometric form in August. If parents are not able to print and return this before term, a printed copy will be provided for each student to take home and complete.
Where a parent does not wish for biometric information to be held, a code will be given to the student.
Parents have been asked to send back where appropriate details of any allergy a child has by completing an allergy form and also providing a doctor/dietician's letter.
This only needs to be returned if a student has an allergy. It will be assumed that where no form is returned that the child does not have an allergies.
